System status

Status

Real-time check of the Security Flare Worker. The status indicator below polls the public health endpoint every 30 seconds. The endpoint touches no database, no queue, no Durable Object — a green badge means the Worker is reachable; for tenant-level reachability sign in and try a register.

Checking…

First request to /healthz; results in a moment.

Uptime commitment

Security Flare targets 99.5% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance and force-majeure events. See Terms of service §6 for the service-credit remedy when we fall short.

Verify yourself

The health endpoint is public. You can run your own probe from any monitoring tool:

curl -i https://app.securityflare.com.au/healthz

Expected response: HTTP 200, body ok, sub-100ms from ap-southeast-2.

Recent incidents

No customer-impacting incidents on record. When one occurs we publish a post-incident report here within 5 business days, covering: what happened, customer impact, root cause, what we changed, and (where relevant) the affected changelog entry.
